In Melbourne

We work on solid timber, engineered floors, bamboo, and pre-finished boards. Heel marks, dragged-furniture scratches, dropped-object dents, and water damage to single boards are the regular calls.

The spot-fix matches the existing finish (matte, satin, gloss) and grain colour. Most repairs are 1 to 3 hours per damaged area, no rooms emptied, no sanding dust through the house.

If your floor needs a full re-coat or a sand-and-polish, we will say so honestly. We do not pretend a spot-fix can solve every floor.

Common questions

Common questions

How fast is the quote?
We reply within 24 hours. We are open 24/7, so send a photo any time, including weekends and public holidays. The 24-hour turnaround is our standard.
Where do you service?
All of Victoria. Melbourne metro daily, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Mornington Peninsula, and Yarra Valley on regular runs, Mildura on scheduled visit windows. If your postcode starts with 3 or 8, we cover it.
Why don't you list prices on the website?
Surface damage is too variable to price upfront. The same chip on a $400 acrylic bath versus a $4,000 cast-iron freestanding can be very different work. We quote off your photos, the quote is the price, and there are no add-ons at the door.
What if I change my mind after booking?
You can cancel any time before the technician arrives at no charge. On the day, a 5-minute inspection confirms the quote before any work starts, so you can still walk away if something looks off.
Are you insured?
Yes. Public liability, professional indemnity, and cyber insurance bound through an Australian broker. Certificates of currency are available on request, and a public summary lives at /insurance.pdf.
Can timber floor scratches be removed without sanding the whole room?
Usually yes. Surface scratches sit in the floor coating, not the timber itself, so we repair them board by board and re-coat locally rather than sanding and polishing the whole room. Deeper gouges that have cut into the timber need more work, and very heavy damage can mean a full re-sand; send a photo and we will tell you which one it is.
What about water damage on timber floors?
It depends how deep the water went. Light surface cupping, lifting, or staining in the coating can often be repaired in place. Once water has gone through the board and left black staining or swelling, that is usually board replacement rather than a surface repair, and we will say so plainly and point you to the right trade if it is beyond what we do.
